Role Title: Sport Coordinator
Salary: Up To £23,500 per annum dependant on experience

About you
We are keen to hear from candidates that match the advert and role profile. Experience of cycling is not essential, but a willingness to learn and develop your knowledge will be. The ideal candidate will provide administration and high-level operational expertise to the sport and major events function, while being an ambassador for the sport, in line with British Cycling’s values and behaviour framework.
Key knowledge, skills and expertise required:
* Minimum of Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent qualification and/or compensatory work experience
* Experience of co-ordinating and administering events
* Experience of providing and enhancing a high standard of secretarial and administration
* Literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database
* Capacity to learn new systems e.g., Smartsheet
* Excellent attention to detail
What will you be doing?
* Provide administration coordination support for major, regional, and national events.
* Provide administration support to the cycling disciplinary commissions including; annual calendar dates, members database, commission recruitment, terms of appointment correspondence and notes of meetings.
* Responsible for producing high level internal and external reports.
* Raising Purchase orders for events
* Provide administration support for the BC Awards Dinners.Co-ordinate high level reports for Executive team meetings, Sport, Fedcom and other meetings.
* Organise divisional & sport function team meetings and training.
* Support travel arrangements for local, regional, and national travel.
* Provide assistant executive support, and process invoices and expenses for the Director and Head of Sport.
* Ensure British Cycling’s equality policy and principles of inclusion is embedded into work strands and behaviours.
