The Role They are looking for a motivated and compassionate Centre Manager to lead services in the city. This is a full-time (37 hours), interim cover role (up to 12 months), based in Leeds.

As the Centre Manager, you’ll:
* Lead and oversee the delivery of holistic, gender-specific support services for women and girls
* Manage and develop a talented staff team with the support of a Deputy Manager
* Build strong partnerships and maintain effective referral pathways
* Take responsibility for contracts, budgets and reporting to funders
* Contribute to organisational strategy and drive service improvement

About You You’ll bring experience in:
* Leading and managing service delivery in the charity, voluntary or public sector
* Supporting, motivating and developing staff
* Translating strategy into operational delivery
* Managing budgets, contracts and performance reporting
You will be:
* A strong communicator who builds relationships with ease
* Adaptable, resilient and highly organised
* Solution-focused, calm under pressure and able to manage risk effectively
* Passionate about equity, diversity and inclusion
Experience in women’s services or the criminal justice system is desirable, but not essential — what matters most is your leadership ability and commitment to making a difference.
