Food & Beverage Supervisor
Up to £13.51 per hour + Service Charge, Full-Time or Part-Time Considered
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading by example? We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in creating memorable moments for our guests.
As an F&B Supervisor, you'll work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to support the day-to-day operation, inspire your team, and ensure outstanding service standards are consistently delivered. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing and motivating others.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading and supporting the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day
* Acting as a role model by maintaining the highest standards of service, professionalism, and presentation
* Assisting with the supervision, coaching, and development of team members
* Creating a positive and engaging team culture where colleagues feel supported and motivated
* Ensuring service areas are well-organised, welcoming, and operating efficiently
* Handling guest requests and resolving any issues with confidence and professionalism
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader, or in a similar hospitality leadership role
* A proven ability to motivate, support, and develop team members
* Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding service
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and remain focused under pressure
* Professional, confident, and approachable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
