About us
We have a number of opportunities for enthusiastic and committed Support Workers to join our Community team.
As a Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
* Providing high-quality, individualised support services to enable older people to remain living at home.
* Working with clients from diverse backgrounds to ensure their individual needs are supported.
* Delivering services with compassion, integrity and dignity.
* Following tasks as directed per Care Plans and Task lists, such as personal care, general housekeeping, social support and transport.
About you:
* A minimum of Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support, a Bachelor/Diploma of Nursing, or completion of the first year of study towards it.
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Demonstrated understanding of person-centred support.
* Your own vehicle (registered, roadworthy, and insured).
* Above award rate of pay
