Asset Surveyor
London based with a balance of home and office working
GBP 55,613 : GBP 58,540 per year
plus Company car or car allowance
40 hours per week : Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
We are looking for an Asset Surveyor to join our growing team, based in our Kingsmead Office in London. For this role you will be expected to provide support to the business for Asset project management, Disrepairs and other associated works. You would manage your Disrepair caseload effectively and within set timelines, by assessing works required, scoping and working with the contractor to deliver on time, managing EPA notice actions, investigating insurance claims and undertaking stock condition surveys. You would also be required to ensure H and S compliance at all times.
The role of Asset Surveyor

Undertaking stock condition surveys and other property inspections across a broad range of stock including health and safety assessments

Involvement in disrepair cases, complaints, permission requests, repairs monitoring and other property related queries

Producing reports and documentation for work specifications and tenders

Supporting delivery of the cyclical programme, including surveys, specifications, resident consultations and liaising with other stakeholders.

Contributing, as appropriate, to special programmes and projects in support of the Groups values and objectives

To ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to Degree,
AssocRIC, MRICS, CIOB HND or HNC in Surveying or currently undertaking the qualification. As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to bring with them the original certification verifying proof of their qualifications. Copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted
