Asset Surveyor
Hackney : London
GBP 53,709 : GBP 56,536 per year Plus Company car or Car Buy Out
40 hours per week : 8:00am to 17:00pm : Monday to Friday
We are looking for two Asset Surveyors to join our growing team, based in our Kingsmead Office in London, to provide support to the business for Asset project management, Disrepairs and other associated works.
You would manage your Disrepair caseload effectively and within set timelines, by assessing works required, scoping and working with the contractor to deliver on time, managing EPA notice actions, investigating insurance claims and undertaking stock condition surveys. You would also be required to ensure H and S compliance at all times.

Undertake stock condition surveys and other property inspections, and manage relating works

Involvement in disrepair cases, complaints, permission requests, repairs monitoring and other property related queries

Produce reports and documentation for work specifications and tenders

Coordinate, communicate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

To ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to Degree, HND or HNC in Surveying or currently undertaking the qualification. As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to bring with them the original certification verifying proof of their qualifications. Copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted.

Role salary is GBP 40,535 with an additional policy allowance of GBP 13,174 per annum (rising to GBP 42,669 with an additional policy allowance of GBP 13,867 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
