What You’ll Do
1. Drive the vision and development of Day Services
2. Oversee admissions,missioning, andpliance
3. Lead and coach staff, championing professional development
4. Build strong relationships with families,missioners, and partners
What We’re Looking For
5. Proven leadership in health, education, or social care
6. Strong understanding of safeguarding, SEND, and person-centred practice
7. Excellentmunication, planning, and financial skills
8. All roles are subject to enhanced adult and child DBS checks andpliance with safeguarding regulations.
