Job Description
Ford's Commercial Vehicle division is expanding its Program Management capability across the V3 and V4 Transit platforms. We are developing a new team to deliver change control, BoM structuring, P‑Release and related activities to program timing.
We are seeking a Senior Change Control Analyst to lead integration between UK-based engineering, purchasing, finance and other functional teams, and an offsite analyst group. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping new ways of working, ensuring clarity, stability and strong governance across the product development process.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the program process expert in Bill of Materials and Change Management.
* Help shape BoM strategy and contribute to global best‑practice development for Commercial Vehicles.
* Drive strong performance in change throughput and BoM stability metrics.
* Lead timely escalation and resolution of cross-functional issues impacting delivery and timing.
* Build strong relationships with global partners and perform effectively in high‑pressure launch environments.
* Apply advanced technologies, including AI, to support agile and efficient data analysis.
Qualifications
* Degree or relevant experience (engineering, data science or related discipline desirable).
* Strong understanding of change control processes throughout the full development lifecycle.
* Experience delivering programs during both development and launch phases.
* Excellent knowledge of change control systems such as WERs, FEDE and PDL.
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage engineering, finance and senior leadership.
* High‑energy, self‑starter with strong analytical ability and a passion for continuous improvement.

This position is based in Dunton, Essex and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton Campus for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.
