Previous experience working in a nursing home or similar clinical setting. Confident in managing clinical responsibilities during night shifts. Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Administer medication, monitor clinical needs, and maintain accurate records in line with NMC standards. Lead and support care staff to ensure compassionate, consistent, and responsive care. Work collaboratively with colleagues, residents, and families to promote dignity and wellbeing. Uphold all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe, compliant environment.
