Overview
Our client is seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Telemarketers to join their growing sales team based in Solihull. If you're an excellent communicator with a passion for sales and enjoy connecting with people, we want to hear from you!
Please note this is a temporary position with a view to going permanent. This is a full-time position but part time hours will also be considered.
Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls
* Gather and document customer information
* Set appointments for sales representatives when a lead is generated
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and sales in our CRM system
* Handle customer rejections professionally and courteously
* Identify and overcome objections to successfully close sales or generate leads
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and engaging phone voice
* Strong active listening skills
* Ability to learn about products and services and describe them persuasively
* Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
* Patience and ability to handle customer rejection
* Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word) is a plus
* Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets
