Job Title: Social Value Coordinator

Your Responsibilities
* Work with bid and pre-construction teams to develop social value strategies supporting tender submissions. Assist in the bid writing process regarding social value. Attend project interviews to promote social value where required.
* Support bid stage responses with bid leads.
* Assist in the development of Social Value Plans (SVP) at bid stage and beyond, liaising with internal teams, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure robust and achievable targets.
* Utilize multiple software platforms to generate, manage, and monitor social value plans.
* Update Social Value Calculator with project KPIs.
* Attend client/framework-specific social value meetings/events. Develop strong relationships with social value leads in key client organizations.
* Coordinate, lead, and participate in activities with stakeholders and site delivery teams, such as site tours, school assemblies, careers fairs, and framework engagement.

Required Skills
* At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships both internally and externally.
* Highly motivated and organized, capable of working to deadlines, multitasking, and prioritizing workload.
* Proactive, takes initiative and responsibility.
* Full driving license.
* Social Value qualification and construction experience are advantageous.
