Your role as Sous Chef
6. Supporting the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen
7. Delivering consistently high-quality fresh food
8. Producing starters, mains and desserts across all sections
9. Supporting club events, lunches and dinners
10. Assisting with menu development, daily specials and recipes
11. Maintaining food safety, hygiene and cost controls
What we’re looking for
12. A driven Chef with at least 1 year’s kitchen experience
13. Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
14. Passion for learning, teamwork and great service
15. Someone keen to grow into a confident Sous Chef
16. A flexible and mature approach, especially during events,
