This is a key role with strong earning potential, ideal for someone with a solid mechanical background looking to take ownership of varied and interesting projects. Key Responsibilities Manage all commercial aspects of mechanical projects from pre-construction through to final account Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions Monitor project costs, variations, and financial performance Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure commercial efficiency Conduct valuations, cost reporting, and forecasting Negotiate contracts and variations to achieve best value Ensure projects are delivered within budget and in line with contractual obligations Projects Student accommodation developments Hotel projects High-end residential Skills: cost estimates budgets tender submissions
