Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Wantage for an Optical Assistant. The Optical Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers with their eyewear selections, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include conducting pre-screening tests, supporting Optometrists, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
Qualifications
* Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction focus
* Basic knowledge of Optometry and the ability to assist in eye examinations
* Customer Service experience
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team
* High level of attention to detail
* Relevant retail or optical experience is a plus.
