Civils Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Civils Supervisor to join our team on a major project based near Stanwell Moor, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual to take ownership of supervising works on site and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily site operations, ensuring works are carried out safely, on time, and to the required standards.
* Manage and coordinate sub-contractors, ensuring productivity, compliance, and quality.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining positive working relationships.
* Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report updates to senior management.
* Ensure all health, safety, and environmental standards are met in line with company procedures.
* Support with paperwork, site diaries, and record-keeping as required.
Requirements:
* Gold CSCS Card - essential.
* SSSTS qualification - essential.
* Proven experience supervising civils works, preferably within utilities, highways, or infrastructure projects.
* Strong track record of managing sub-contractors and liaising directly with clients.
* Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
