What will you be doing?
13 Scrum Master
Hybrid –Basingstoke 2 days a week
What will you bring?

We are seeking a dynamic Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile values and principles. In this role you’ll take charge of driving velocity and ensuring efficient daily stand ups. As a key player, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on essential Agile team metrics such as technical quality, burn downs, lead times, and flow efficiency.
In this role, you will keep Agile management tools (application lifecycle management tools and/or Kanban boards) are up to date, working closely with stakeholders to prioritise backlogs based on business value, technical debt, and risk. If you possess experience in various Agile frameworks (like Scrum, Kanban, or Scrum ban) and are passionate about evolutionary change and iterative development, then we want to hear from you.
