"In 2016, I completed a six-month return to practice placement with Wiltshire Council after not working in Social Work for over 10 years. Following the placement, I successfully applied for a Social Work position in the Hearing and Vision Team. The decision to undertake the placement proved positive for me and allowed me to continue working in a profession that, although at times stressful, I find fulfilling and rewarding."
