Our client is recruiting for a Home Manager to lead their team in a Children's Home located in Stoke-on-Trent.

This role will involve working with young adults in a supported living setting and experience working with OFSTED is highly advantageous. The provider deals with young adults ranging from 16 years old to 25 years old in this social care setting in Stoke-on-Trent.
As the Home Manager, the successful candidate will be:
* Leading staff teams
* Providing a safe environment for young people
* Able to work on shift (working 2 on 4 off which includes sleep-ins and you will be working some weekends)
* A driver with access to their own transport
* Experienced in working with adults and young people in a supported living environment
You will ideally have a level 2 or 3 in Children and Young People and have experience in working within learning disabilities or mental health and also have experience with CQC and OFSTED inspections.
The Home Manager in this position will play a vital role and is expected to commit to additional training to strengthen the provision.
In return, the client is paying £36,000-£43,500 with excellent pension, free food on-site, and other store discounts.
