What You'll Be Doing:
* Diagnose faults and perform detailed root-cause analysis
* Implement control system improvements to reduce downtime and boost efficiency
* Design, modify, and upgrade electrical and automation systems
* Maintain accurate documentation for work orders, inspections, and system updates
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues
What We're Looking For:
* Level 3 electrical apprenticeship (or equivalent)
* Solid experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and industry regulations
* Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, and servo systems (Allen Bradley preferred)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
