Role Description
This is a remote role for a Utility Warehouse Partner. The responsibilities introducing colleagues and family members to Utility Warehouse, engaging with team members, and contributing to the overall welfare of colleagues. The partner will provide peer support, assist in reducing household bills, and help colleagues navigate financial challenges. Day-to-day tasks include communication, coordination, and collaboration with other team members in a flexible, remote work environment.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge or experience of working in Emergency Services, Military or NHS environments
* Excellent Communication skills for effectively engaging with colleagues and building positive relationships
* Basic skills in Social Media platforms
* Compassion and ability to maintain confidentiality while providing peer support
* Self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
