Inside Sales Advisor
Full Time Permanent (36.25 hours per week)
This role can be based in either Caerphilly, South Wales or Tamworth, Midlands. We welcome applications from candidates in both locations. Here at phs, we’re looking for a confident, self‑motivated sales professional to join our fast‑paced Inside Sales (Telesales) team as an Inside Sales Advisor. You will work in a fast‑paced B2B sales environment, managing inbound new business enquiries and following a structured sales model to maximise opportunity. The role involves qualifying enquiries, converting sales where appropriate, or passing larger opportunities to specialist teams. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, live chat, digital leads, and emails, delivering results in line with agreed objectives and the Hygiene Sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Qualify and coordinate all new business enquiries for phs Hygiene, ensuring opportunities are directed to the appropriate sales teams.
2. Capture accurate customer information using Salesforce to support a seamless customer journey.
3. Identify customer needs and up‑sell opportunities within the Inside Sales remit.
4. Manage new business enquiries for phs House Accounts, exploring additional sales opportunities.
5. Focus on the quality and effectiveness of sales activity rather than volume.
6. Follow up quotations within a 72‑hour SLA to close sales over the phone.
7. Pass leads to relevant teams when required and accurately forecast revenue.
8. Record and manage opportunities effectively using the CRM system.

You’ll be self‑motivated, positive, and open to change, working collaboratively to improve performance and processes.
