As we continue to grow, we are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Audit and Regulatory Coordinator to support our compliance and governance functions.
Overview of the role
The Regulatory and Compliance Co-ordinator will play a vital role in ensuring Storepak adheres to all relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry and customer standards. This role involves
coordinating internal and external audits, maintaining compliance documentation, and supporting regulatory reporting activities across the business. The successful candidate will work with the operations, finance and factory team to produce reports for the senior leadership team to ensure a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. At times working unsupervised and being able to work well with deadlines, will mean being a self-starter with a hands-on approach,
comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively seeking solutions when clear answers aren't available. You will often need to identify resources, investigate problems, and figure things out independently to keep projects moving forward
Flexibility is offered in the role and you can choose which days you would like to work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including Legal, regulatory, sustainability and customer required. These include, SEDEX, Eco Vadis, FSC, various packaging regulations and customer requirements.
* Maintain an up-to-date library of compliance policies, procedures, certifications, and regulatory documentation
* Track audit findings and ensure timely resolution of non-conformities or compliance gaps.
* Liaise with regulatory bodies and certification agencies, ensuring timely submissions and responses.
* Monitor regulatory changes and advise relevant teams on potential impacts and required actions.
* Prepare and submit compliance reports, audit schedules, and risk assessments. Prepare and assist the onsite audits.
* Support internal teams with training and guidance on regulatory and audit processes.
* Conduct periodic internal reviews to assess compliance and readiness for audits.
* Assist in the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives related to compliance.
* Maintain records and databases to ensure transparency, traceability, and accountability.
