Overview
This full-service and dynamic law firm which wins multiple industry awards and features in the legal directory bandings for numerous practice areas including property litigation is hiring a Property Disputes Associate / Senior Associate.
Responsibilities
* Provide property disputes litigation support, including collaborating with several partners in Property litigation.
* Handle matters such as forfeiture, dilapidations claims, enforcement of covenants, tenant insolvency issues, restrictive covenants, and lease renewals.
Qualifications
* Upwards of 4 years’ PQE at a respected law firm with comprehensive property litigation experience.
* Experience across forfeiture, dilapidations, enforcement of covenants, tenant insolvency, restrictive covenants, and lease renewals.
The position is a new opportunity created to support a several partners who include some of the UK’s legal leading lights in Property litigation so work will be excellent, and a mid or senior level associate will have the opportunity to further develop their expertise with great long term career prospects.
