We’re looking for someone to join our Castleford office, supporting our Sales Estimator and field engineers. It’s a fast‑moving, hands‑on role where you’ll be right in the middle of the action – chasing quotes, keeping jobs moving, and making sure engineers have everything they need to get the job done.
This is an entry‑level position, but don’t mistake that for “basic” – you’ll learn quickly, get proper exposure to how the business operates, and have real opportunities to progress.
What you’ll be doing
* Following up customer quotes via phone and email
* Speaking confidently with customers to move work forward
* Creating job packs for engineers out on site
* Ordering ad‑hoc parts and arranging delivery to site
* Updating Excel trackers and internal systems
* Providing general admin support across the team
What we’re looking for
* Confident and comfortable on the phone
* Organised, proactive, and able to juggle tasks
* A genuine “get it done” mindset
* Good basic IT skills (Excel, systems, emails)
* Someone who enjoys being part of a team and getting stuck in
