Hours: 35 hours per week Shift Pattern: Flexibility required to meet business needs We are currently looking to recruit a Walsall PPP (Public and Private Partnership) Operations Manager to join our Extra Care team here at Housing 21. Within the role you will provide the effective delivery of services under the terms of the Walsall PPP contract and lead a team of Extra Care Service Managers and a Regional Extra Care Manager across the Walsall Region. Ensuring our properties and services meet the demands of residents, commissioning authorities and contractual requirements. Due to the nature of this role, there is a requirement for the successful applicant to have a strong knowledge of leading with contract management.
