Debt Recovery Officer
Full Time
We are looking to recruit a Debt Recovery Officer to join our busy and supportive team responsible for invoicing and recovering monies owed for council services. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in helping manage the recovery of Adult Social Care fees and other income due to the Council.
About the Role
You may also provide support across other teams within the service when required.

4. Experienced in dealing sensitively with vulnerable customers.
5. Skilled in problem solving and decision making.
6. A team player with enthusiasm, tenacity, and a flexible approach to change.
Essential Skills & Experience
7. Knowledge of corporately billed services.
8. Experience of working with the public.
9. Strong organisation and IT skills.
10. GCSEs (A*- C) in Maths and English or equivalent office experience.
11. Knowledge of key legislation, including the Data Protection Act.
