About theRole:
As a Science Teacher youwill play a pivotal role in inspiring students curiosity andpassion for Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (ages 1116). You willbe responsiblefor:
* Delivering engagingand stimulating Science lessons that adhere to theNational Curriculum.
* Creating apositive and supportive classroom environment thatfosters a love oflearning.
* Developing andimplementing a comprehensive Science curriculum incollaboration with the Sciencedepartment.
* Effectively assessingand monitoring student progress to ensure theiracademic development.
* Providingguidance and support to students both within andbeyond the classroom.
* Activelyparticipating in departmental meetings andcontributing to the ongoing development of the Sciencecurriculum.

The IdealCandidate:
* QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) in Science (or a relevant Sciencesubject)
* A minimum of two years successfulteaching experience (or strong ECTs with demonstrablepotential)
* Excellent subject knowledge and apassion for Science education
* Strong teachingskills with the ability to create engaging and interactivelessons
* Effective classroom managementskills
