Are you a hands on Multi‑skilled Maintenance Engineer specialising in Site Maintenance looking for a fast paced and challenging role working for a reputable company?
This is an exciting opportunity to undertake all Site Services Maintenance across the facility from Building Maintenance, Boiler Maintenance, HVAC and Hydraulic systems etc. Our client is looking for both Day Shift and Night Shift staff to cover the duties of this role.
Key Responsibilities – Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
* This role will be split between Mechanical and Electrical and covering all site maintenance within and connected to the building.
* Undertake Maintenance, PPM and the Repair for the Boiler Systems, refrigeration equipment, lighting, HVAC, hydraulic systems and other facility equipment across the facility.
* Ensure compliance and site safety standards are adhered to at all times.
Skills & Experience – Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
* Proven background working as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer or Site Services Engineer.
* Experience working in a fast‑paced environment in a clean environment such as Pharma, FMCG, Food & Beverage etc. is ideal.
* Strong hands‑on experience in Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance.
* Electrical knowledge is essential – 18th Edition essential.
* BOAS qualification is desirable but not essential.
* An Electrical qualification is essential – e.g. Level 3 NVQ, BTEC or City & Guilds.
* Confident communicator to work alongside other team members.
* Must drive due to company location.
Salary
* Day Shifts – £45,000 – £51,500 per annum (DOE) – 4 on 4 off pattern.
* Night Shifts – £48,000 – £56,500 per annum (DOE) – 4 on 4 off pattern.
