Role Overview
In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in supporting our Metallising Value Stream, working closely with engineers and operations to improve manufacturing quality, efficiency, and processes. Your responsibilities will include root cause analysis, problem solving, process improvements, new product introductions, and technical support on our metallised and brazed ceramic assemblies.
Responsibilities
1. Supporting production with root cause analysis and structured problem solving
2. Applying experience in a manufacturing environment
3. Utilizing a recognised engineering qualification (ONC level or above)
4. Interpreting engineering drawings and technical processes
5. Demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills
6. Maintaining a proactive, continuous improvement mindset
