We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced operation on a temporary basis.

The Role
You will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to a wide range of stakeholders ensuring the operation runs efficiently and effectively at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Acting as a key point of contact for customers via phone and email, responding in a timely and professional manner
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Liaising effectively with internal teams to support daily operations
* Handling customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally
* Assisting with delivery queries and resolving issues
* Generating quotes and ensuring all queries are dealt with accurately
* Completing all documentation and data input accurately and to company standards
* Ensuring daily reporting is completed on time and to a high standard
About You
* Previous experience in customer services
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
* Confident handling queries and complaints in a professional manner
* Well organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure
