Executive Assistant Location: Canary Wharf
Role Type: Contract - 3 months rolling

What you'll do:
* Proactive diary management and client coordination (internal & external).
* Arrange complex travel and itineraries (flights, trains, check in, VISAs, accommodation and ground transportation logistics) adapting quickly to changes.
* Oversee expenses, reimbursements, and offshore coordination.
* Utilize internal systems with accurate data entry (e.g., Concur, eSource, Travel Portal, iMeet/iMemo, Concierge service, OMD & FTC)
* Support business priorities with strong teamwork and flexibility
* Coordinate meetings, calls, and virtual events, Zoom/telepresence/Blue Jeans etc.
* Handle general administrative tasks and provide team backup when needed.

* Strong client relationship management with bankers and support teams
* Expert diary management, prioritization, and strong executive communication style.
* Efficient travel coordination with cost-conscious planning and contingencies
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable with strong technical skills
* Familiar with expense systems and cost-control processes, able to champion policy and ensure timely expense processing.
* Calm, professional, and effective under pressure
* Displays a positive, flexible approach, efficiently managing schedules, adapting to change, and working in the office five days a week.
* High-quality output with strong attention to detail and good understanding of investment banking culture
* Solution-driven, communicative, and skilled at managing expectations
* Builds strong networks, leads by example, initiative, and ensures task completion.
