About the Role As a key member of the finance team, you'll be responsible for producing timely and accurate management accounts, forecasts, and reports. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, delivering insight that directly supports commercial decision-making and drives financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Produce monthly management accounts across multiple cost centres
Lead forecasting, budgeting, and five-year planning cycles
Deliver clear, data-driven reporting packs with actionable financial and KPI insights
Prepare and submit VAT returns, and support external audits
Streamline processes, improve reporting systems, and enhance financial frameworks
Partner with non-finance teams to build financial awareness and influence decision-making
Work cross-functionally to ensure financial compliance and value for money
Collaborate with Accounts Payable and cashiering functions to ensure timely transactions
Provide training and support to help departments understand and use financial data
Champion continuous improvement across finance processes and systems
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in management accounting, forecasting, and budgeting
Strong business partnering skills, especially with non-finance colleagues
A background in purchase ledger and/or cashiering
Confidence with balance sheet reconciliations, VAT returns, and audit support
A passion for adding value through insight and collaboration
A track record of streamlining processes and enhancing financial systems
The ability to build strong relationships and influence across diverse business areas
Comfort working cross-functionally in a complex, fast-paced organisation
