Job Description


We’re seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our team in Bristol where you will be responsible for providing a range of administrative duties to support senior executives and the various service lines in the Bristol office.

Key Responsibilities:

High-level administrative support in any capacity to senior executives including:

* Diary management
* Arranging meetings
* Travel bookings
* Administrative support
* Onboarding new clients
* Formatting Word documents, PowerPoint presentations plus other standard documents
* Various adhoc admin tasks as required
* Providing support to BD/Marketing including event organisation

Qualifications


Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you should

* Have experience of working as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior management
* Be educated to GCSE level or equivalent
* Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong attention to detail
* Have excellent administration skills, including advanced ability in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams and Outlook
* Understand the need for working discreetly and maintaining confidentiality
* Have the ability to problem solve and work independently as required and prioritise workload

Desirable experience includes:

* 2+ years experience working in a professional services firm environment
* knowledge of client billing processes
* knowledge of KYC onboarding expectations
