Our property teams support site management, refurbishments, maintenance projects and contribute to the success of our brands.
We own some of the UK’s most prestigious buildings, from Grade 1 listed properties to modern retail parks. Our property estate is built on the great work of our property team.
Our Property Undergraduate Scheme
Our scheme seeks ambitious Undergraduates who want to kick start a career in building, estate and property management within the hospitality sector. This is a paid 12-month scheme designed to give you real insight into the professional environment of building and estate management, based in our in-house Property department in Birmingham City Centre. Your personalised programme will cater to your development needs and provide exposure to each function in our Property department.

Eligibility and qualifications
To join our Property Undergraduate scheme, you must be a penultimate year undergraduate student on a RICS or CIOB approved Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management degree.
* You’ll be on track to achieve at least a 2:1 degree and be able to show a review of your first-year grades.
* You’ll have ABB grades at A level or equivalent (or BTEC equivalent).
* Hold a full and valid UK driver’s licence.

If shortlisted, you will be invited to a 3-stage assessment process:
1. Video interview – an initial interview to get to know you; if you impress us, you’ll complete Verbal & Numerical Testing from home.
2. Face-to-face interview and group assessments at our Retail Support Centre in Birmingham, with a chance to learn more about us.
3. Final stage senior management interview if you progress after the face-to-face assessment.
Successful candidates can expect to start in late September/early October 2026.
