Here at Zero2Five we are proud to be working for a Well Established Nursery Setting based in Acton, London who are looking for a passionate Nursery Manager to join their experienced and dedicated team who are passionate about providing high quality childcare and building strong relationships with each family that joins the setting.
Requirements
* Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification
* Experience of successfully passing an Ofsted inspection at a Good or Outstanding level
* Strong knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements.
* Over 3 years’ experience in Early Years
* Over 2 years of management experience
* Strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities
* Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
* Build strong relationship with all parents off the setting
* To adhere to occupancy and financial budgets and targets.
* To ensure the Nursery and all rooms adhere to staff ratios and staff deployment
* To ensure systems are in place for accurate reporting and monitoring.
* To take full responsibility for safeguarding and child protection within Nursery.
* To ensure there is appropriate and timely liaison with outside professionals
* Manage the overall operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with EYFS, DFE and Ofsted
* Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative working environment.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
