Managing job cards, invoices, and general service administration
Liaising with technicians, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
Scheduling work, booking vehicles, and maintaining accurate records
Supporting warranty processes and submitting claims
Ensuring all compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements are met
Providing excellent customer service in a busy workshop environmentTo be successful in this Service Administrator role, you will need:
Previous experience in a service admin role within an HGV or commercial vehicle environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communication skills
Experience using dealer management systems desirable
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workshop setting
