Position: Service Designer Intern Company: Join Momentum Location: Remote Responsibilities: Design End-to-End Service Experiences – Map user journeys and design seamless service touchpoints across channels. Conduct User and Stakeholder Research – Gather insights to inform design decisions and align services with user needs. Prototype and Test Service Concepts – Create and validate prototypes to improve service functionality and user satisfaction. Facilitate Workshops and Co-Design Sessions – Engage users and stakeholders in the design process to generate ideas and solutions. Document and Communicate Service Blueprints – Develop visual maps and documentation to communicate how services work internally and externally. Requirements User-Centered Design Knowledge – Strong understanding of UX principles, human-centered design, and service design frameworks. Experience with Research Methods – Skilled in conducting user interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing. Proficiency in Design Tools – Ability to use tools like Figma, Miro, Adobe XD, or similar for prototyping and visualization.
