The role
We’re looking for an ambitious E-commerce Executive who wants to do more than just manage a website. You’ll take ownership of how customers experience our brand online — from the way our rings are discovered, to how stories are told, to how the site performs across every touchpoint.
You’ll run point on everything from Shopify updates to SEO execution, working closely with creatives, developers and a focused team to build an online journey that’s both elegant and effective.

Key Responsibilities
Content and Merchandising
Upload and optimise product listings, collections and page content in Shopify
Update homepage, landing and collection pages to support campaigns and new launches
Coordinate with internal and freelance creatives on content requirements
SEO Execution
Implement technical SEO updates including metadata, headings and structured content
Optimise Shopify metafields and internal linking to improve discoverability
Use Google Search Console and GA4 to monitor performance and resolve issues
UX, Tools and Testing
Test new Shopify apps and third-party tools to enhance user experience
Support new theme functionality including Boost AI filtering and enhanced templates
Collaborate on A/B tests for CRO improvements across site architecture and content
Performance Monitoring
Track ecommerce performance via GA4, Shopify Analytics and Klaviyo
Help translate insights into actions across pages, product discovery and content
Work closely with agency partners on campaigns and data feedback loops
Content Capture
Support on capturing product and behind-the-scenes content for use across web, email and social
Coordinate content shoots and maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints
Own the day-to-day content management of high-priority assets
What we are looking for
2 or more years experience in e-commerce, digital content or performance marketing
Experience with jewellery and luxury marketing
Confident using Shopify, Canva or Adobe, Google tools and Klaviyo
Strong grasp of e-commerce SEO best practices and product merchandising
Detail-oriented and visually literate with a good eye for layout and hierarchy
Excited by emerging tools, automation and the evolving capabilities of Shopify
Strong written, visual and collaborative communication skills
