What You'll Do
* Apply systems thinking to solve complex issues across Defence, Nuclear, Space, Aerospace, and Energy sectors.
* Build and manage system models and lifecycles.
* Innovate through requirements management, verification & validation, and process optimisation.
* Collaborate with clients, lead workshops, and deliver pivotal projects.
* Lead systems engineering activities on some of the UK's largest Defence programmes.
* Develop strategies for future capability requirements.
About You
* Degree in Engineering or related field.
* Experience in Systems Engineering roles and processes (Requirements, Acceptance, Lifecycles).
* Proficiency with systems engineering tools (IBM DOORS, Cameo, or Dimensions).
* Trained in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
* Problem-solving and communication abilities.
* Chartered or working towards professional accreditation.
