The Role
We’re looking for a proven Business Development Manager who knows how to produce revenue, not just talk about it.
This role is for someone who:
* Isn’t scared of picking up the phone
* Is happy getting their hands dirty
* Can build strategy and execute it
* Understands recruitment sales and long-term client value
You’ll be responsible for winning new business, growing accounts, and helping shape the commercial direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively generate new business and revenue streams
* Build and execute a clear BD strategy (not just “try a few things”)
* Win and develop long-term client partnerships
* Identify market opportunities and convert them into live accounts
* Work closely with delivery teams to ensure service excellence
* Attend client meetings, site visits and networking events
* Represent First 4 Recruitment with confidence and credibility
What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record of generating revenue (non-negotiable)
* Strong background in business development or recruitment sales
* Confident communicator who can open doors and close deals
* Strategic thinker who is also highly proactive
* Comfortable working autonomously in a hybrid setup
* Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills
* Recruitment experience is highly desirable (industrial/logistics ideal)
