Job Title: Project Manager Location: London - Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week Remuneration: £400pwd, paid via Umbrella Company Contract Details: 6 Month Contract - Scope to extend Responsibilities: · Lead the delivery and implementation of internally developed applications for our client's organisation. · Collaborate closely with the team and business stakeholders to define, document, and agree on functional requirements for software solutions. · Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. · Develop comprehensive project plans and share them with clients and team members. · Manage project scope, schedule, and costs through appropriate verification techniques. · Define project objectives and involve relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility. · Analyse and document changes to business processes and software systems. · Engage in user interviews and direct interaction to understand and document systems and software solutions. · Utilise standard methodologies and templates to create and maintain project documentation. · Work with business users and systems architects to develop functional specifications. · Collaborate with software developers to convert functional specifications into technical specifications. · Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues. · Assist in developing and implementing test strategies and test cases. · Provide regular updates to the Project Management Office (PMO) on project status and contribute to project lifecycle governance. · Manage product backlogs and provide application support to business users. · Act as a scrum master in an agile development environment. · Ensure effective governance is applied during project delivery. · Track project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet budgetary objectives. · Cultivate and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders. · Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
