This exciting role will result in development and execution of a multi segment sales strategy for the first hotel to open within the newly launched Miiro portfolio. Under the supervision of the Head of Sales and working with the hotel GM, you will be the main sales representative on the ground for London and will play a crucial role in the commercial success of a brand-new hotel in Earl's Court. As Sales Manager you will be responsible for continually maximising the commercial opportunities in all aspects of the hotel including bedrooms, food and beverage and event spaces. About the Role We’re looking for an inspiring General Manager to lead Miiro Hotel Templeton Garden, one of our flagship properties. This is a role for a dynamic, values-driven leader - someone who understands the art of hospitality as deeply as the business behind it. You’ll champion a culture where people feel seen and supported, where curiosity and care guide every decision, and where exceptional experiences are crafted for guests and team members alike. Key Responsibilities Lead all hotel operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve financial, brand, and sustainability goals. Drive commercial performance, including rooms, F&B, and ancillary revenue streams. Foster a culture of excellence, engagement, and continuous improvement across all teams. Ensure brand standards are lived and reflected in every touchpoint — from design and service to community engagement. Oversee cost control, budgeting, and forecasting in line with company strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, the VP Operations, and the wider Miiro network. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. About You Proven experience as a General Manager or senior hotel leader in an upscale or lifestyle hotel environment. Strong leadership presence with a people-first mindset and the ability to inspire teams. Commercially savvy, data-driven, and focused on delivering sustainable profitability. A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, design, and guest experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
