Producer / Project Manager – (London, NW2 – Cricklewood)

elevated e-commerce and commercial imagery

We're looking for a
Producer / Project Manager
to oversee projects from start to finish — from client onboarding and pre-production, to shoot management, post-production, and final delivery. You'll be the link between clients, photographers, freelancers, and the Blend team, making sure every project runs smoothly, stays on budget, and meets our high standards.
What You'll Do
* Act as the main point of contact for clients once jobs are confirmed, ensuring briefs, budgets, and timelines are clear.
* Plan and schedule shoots, booking studio space, freelancers, crew, and equipment.
* Carry out thorough
pre-production checks
, ensuring products, props, and shot lists are complete and organised.
* Brief photographers, videographers, and freelancers on creative and technical requirements.
* Oversee
shoot-day logistics
, ensuring everything runs to time, within budget, and in line with client expectations.
* Manage the
post-production workflow
, coordinating with retouchers, offshore suppliers, and clients on revisions and deliverables.
* Carry out
quality control
on all outputs before delivery.
* Track budgets, manage resources, and maintain a reliable pool of freelancers.
* Keep CRM (HubSpot) and project management tools ) updated with client notes and progress.
* Run internal WIP meetings, ensuring the team is aligned and issues are flagged early.
What We're Looking For
* At least 2 years' experience
in production or project management, ideally within e-commerce, content production, or creative industries.
* Exceptionally
organised and detail-oriented
— able to keep complex projects running seamlessly.
* Strong scheduling skills with the ability to
juggle multiple deadlines
.
* Excellent communicator — able to manage clients professionally and keep internal teams aligned.
* A proactive problem-solver who spots risks early and takes ownership of delivery.
* Familiarity with
and HubSpot
would be advantageous, but not essential — training can be provided.
* Someone who thrives in a
fast-paced, high-volume e-commerce environment
