Role Overview
We are looking to recruit a Deputy Operational Business Manager for our Head & Neck services within the Surgery Division here at Bolton. The Deputy Operational Business Manager will report to the Operational Business Manager and be responsible for the operational management of a range of clinical services, including delivery of national and local access and quality standards, service development, complaint management and delivery of Income and Cost Improvement Programmes. The post holder will exercise initiative, prioritise conflicting work demands and communicate effectively with the multi-disciplinary team and internal and external departments to deliver the highest quality of care for our patients. The post holder will lead on delivery of national and local standards, lead projects to improve service delivery and patient experience, problem solve as appropriate and develop and implement sustainable solutions with clinical and administrative colleagues.
