Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions for students in GCSE subjects (Maths, English, Science, etc.).
Assess each student's strengths and weaknesses and tailor lesson plans accordingly.
Provide clear explanations and resources to aid understanding.
Help students develop strong study habits and exam techniques.
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to both students and parents.
Foster a positive, supportive learning environment to build student confidence.
Essential Requirements:
Strong academic background, ideally with A levels (or equivalent) in the subjects you will tutor.
A passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior tutoring or teaching experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their goals.
