Randstad Education is currently recruiting for an ALNCo for a Denbighshire school from September 2025. This is a full-time role and potentially permanent for the right candidate. Previous ALN/SEN experience is essential for this role.

Responsibilities
* Supporting SLT with the management and provision for ALN within the school
* Implementing the key areas of the School Improvement Plan
* Providing training for other members of staff
* Developing literacy and numeracy interventions and using assessment to monitor progress
* Completing annual reviews for IDP/EHCPs
* Contribute to the development, monitoring, and evaluation of the school's curriculum
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status in any subject (Primary and Secondary will be considered)
* ALN/SEN experience
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
* EWC registration (or willingness to apply)
