This role is ideal for someone who is Acturis trained and confident managing a varied commercial portfolio while delivering exceptional client service. You'll work closely with Account Executives/Directors, handling new business, renewals and mid‑term adjustments, while ensuring clients receive a smooth, professional and proactive service. Key Responsibilities Handle and broker commercial insurance enquiries including new business, MTAs and renewals. Prepare high‑quality market submissions and supporting documentation. Work alongside Account Executives/Directors to help achieve new business and renewal targets. Secure competitive renewal terms and complete all associated documentation and system updates. Support Account Executives/Directors with prospect pipeline management and research. Prepare Renewal Review reports, including claims experience summaries. Manage incoming client, insurer and third‑party enquiries professionally and efficiently.
