It is for 9 months, temporary, with the potential for extension. Location: Craigavon Area Hospital Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday-Friday Pay: £14.06 per hour (Band 4) Contract: Temporary with the opportunity for extension This is an excellent opportunity to join the Southern Health and Social Care Trust, within the Human Resources & Organisation Development team. The Systems Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable processes for doctor registration, system maintenance, and reporting. Key responsibilities: Process and verify doctor registrations on the HSC eLocums system Ensure pre-employment checks are completed accurately and on time Provide first-line support to system users across all Trusts Maintain system data integrity, including updates and access management Work closely with IT teams to resolve system issues and ensure security Produce regular and ad hoc reports to support service development Support payroll processes, invoices, and locum expenditure tracking Deliver training and promote system usage across stakeholders Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and user experience Essential Criteria: HNC / HND or equivalent / higher qualification in an administrative related field AND 1 years relevant administrative / clerical experience OR 4 GCSEs at Grade A-C including English Language or equivalent / higher qualification AND 2 years relevant administrative / clerical experience OR 3 years relevant administrative / clerical experience Experience in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
