This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified trainer to join a fast-paced warehouse operation and play a key role in upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Deliver MHE training (basic and refresher) across all on-site equipment (PPT, LLOP, CB, Reach) Ensure all trainees are fully authorised before operating machinery Support and coach staff on safe working practices Review SSOWs and operational processes, taking ownership of the site training plan Engage with departments to ensure training refreshers are completed and compliance standards are consistently met Work closely with team leaders to align training with operational needs Maintain training records and compliance documentation Carry out equipment checks and ensure safety standards are met Support general warehouse operations when required Requirements Valid RTITB / ITSSAR (or equivalent) MHE Trainer or Instructor certification Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Strong communication and organisational skills Flexible and proactive attitude What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of £15.00ph Ongoing, stable work with a reputable client If you are a qualified MHE Instructor looking for your next opportunity, apply today with Accept Recruitment!
