St Monica Trustis seeking to appoint aRegistered Manager Care and Support (Retirement Villages)for its regulated community care services. These services support older people living independently in retirement communities across five distinctive village sites:Cote Lane,Monica Wills House,Westbury Fields,Sandford Station, andThe Chocolate Quarter. This is a key leadership role, responsible for safe, high-quality care delivery, with site-based line management responsibilities and a wider team of care professionals. The postholder will oversee service planning and delivery, ensure compliance with CQC standards, and maintain a responsive and inclusive service model.
We are seeking:
1. Proven leadership experience in domiciliary or community-based care.
2. Experience managing multi-site services and geographically dispersed teams.
3. Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and care standards.
