Job details Role Activities Coordinator 20 hours per week The home: Charnwood Lodge is a warm, welcoming and friendly home that has some very special features. We have sixliving areas to relax in and enjoy company, includingtelevision rooms and loungesas well as ourlarge downstairs areawith a library, internet room and cafe to enjoy visits from relatives and friends. All our residents have their owncomfortable and spacious en-suite bedroom, which can be personalise to their individual tastes. We also welcome couples into the home. We havebeautiful sensory gardens,so residents can enjoy relaxation and activity outdoors. Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule engaging activities (games, outings, workshops, events) Tailor activities to participants interests, abilities, and needs Lead or facilitate activities and encourage participation Coordinate with staff, volunteers, and external providers Manage activity budgets and resources Promote upcoming events and keep participants informed Ensure health, safety, and accessibility standards are met Monitor and evaluate the success of activities What We Offer Ongoing professional development and leadership training Competitive hourly pay pension scheme Supportive, friendly working environment
